General terms and conditions
1. Purchases in our store "Mundoyoga":
Purchases made at https://www.mundoyoga.com/en/ are subject to the regulations in force and the rest of the concordant legislation, being understood that the sales operations are carried out at the address MundoYoga / Patanjali SL / Cami Ral 4-6, 08800 Vilanova i la Geltru (Barcelona). Purchases made at https://www.mundoyoga.com/en/ will be subject to the payment of Value Added Tax VAT as established in the current regulations for individuals or legal entities resident in Member States of the European Union and for those resident in non-EU countries.
2. The sale of our products:
The minimum order is 15€. Below this amount we cannot attend orders. The characteristics of the products and their prices will appear on screen. The articles and services will be available for sale while stocks last. The prices shown on the screen are in euros, include VAT and are those in force, except for typing errors. The offers are duly marked and identified as such. Their validity period is valid as long as they appear on the screen. If you need an invoice, you must enter your tax identification number (NIF / CIF or DNI) in the field reserved for this purpose. Without NIF / CIF (in case of companies) or DNI (in case of individuals) we cannot issue an invoice in your name. The order is then accompanied by an invoice issued to "Customer counted". The order confirmation sent by e-mail to https://www.mundoyoga.com/en/ is not valid as an invoice, but only as proof of purchase.
3. Formalization of the order:
The customer who wants to make a purchase on https://www.mundoyoga.com/en/ must view the general conditions of purchase that are included in that section of the home page. The formalization of an order will be understood to be carried out under the total acceptance of the general conditions of sale contained in the page. Together with the order you will receive an invoice issued by Patanjali SL, owner of https://www.mundoyoga.com/en/.. For a purchase that has to be sent to an address other than the one that appears in the customer's data (as in gift shipments), the invoice must always be sent to the customer's address, which in any case, will be the person who makes the payment to https://www.mundoyoga.com/en/.. The products will be sent to the delivery address that you indicate in the fields reserved for this purpose "Delivery address", within the deadlines stipulated according to the shipping method service that you have chosen.
3.1. Issuance of invoices:
Each order is sent with the corresponding official invoice. The customer is responsible for providing us with the correct billing information. We can NOT modify these data after 14 days from the date of issue.
3.2. Prices, discounts and commissions
In case we observe that the calculation of discounts, commissions or prices is not correct, by computer or typing error, we reserve the right to refuse the sale. In any case we will contact the customer and inform about the possible error.
3.2.1 Complimentary discounts for centers and teachers of yoga
MundoYoga (Patanjali SL) offers courtesy discounts for Centers and/or Teachers of Yoga and Meditation.
In order to benefit from this type of discount you must send a form, providing the required data. MundoYoga reserves the right to review this data and provide or deny access to courtesy discounts. In addition, MundoYoga reserves the right to modify, extend or remove these discounts at any time and without prior notice.
Discounts vary based on the total amount in the cart. Additional/cumulative discounts do not apply to already discounted or specially priced products such as "product packs". Certain products that are not own brand "MundoYoga" or "MeditAid" may have a discount lower than the quantity discount scale or no discount at all in some cases (incense, Toesox, Yogitea etc.)
MundoYoga Under no circumstances accepts a review or recalculation of discounts applied, once the purchase process is completed, nor previous purchases, since discounts are voluntary gifts in good faith by us and are not any right granted, legally claimable.
The shipment is made by courier service. In the Spanish peninsular territory delivery takes approx. 24-48h counting only working days. The shipment of goods to places outside the peninsula (Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla) is made by "Paquete Azul" of Correos and carries additional costs that are not reflected in the automatic calculation of the shipping price. We reserve the right to add these additional costs with prior notice from us.
5. Customer service and returns:
If you are not satisfied with the products purchased in https://www.mundoyoga.com/en/, you may return them within a period not exceeding 21 days from receipt of order. Returns must be sent together with the original invoice, which accompanies the merchandise. The refund will be made in the same way as the customer's payment; by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. The rules regarding returns, (regulated by the Law of 15/1/96 number 7/1996) claims, warranty and issuance of invoices, are as follows: Returns that do not come in their original packaging or with the product in poor condition will not be accepted. The invoice sent by Patanjali SL is valid as manufacturer's warranty, it will take effect from the day that the delivery is made at the buyer's address.
In the case of requesting a refund, the customer must send the product to Patanjali SL within 21 days of receipt of the order, and the return costs are borne by the customer, (according to the Law of 15/1/96 number 7/1996). The shipping costs are not refundable, in the case of a return of an order that has enjoyed the promotion "Free Shipping" this amount will be deducted from the final refund if applicable. If, on the other hand, you wish to replace the product due to a defect, MundoYoga undertakes to deliver to the customer another product in perfect condition, and to collect the defective product upon delivery free of charge.
6. Data protection:
In compliance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 on Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) we inform you that the personal data provided by you will be incorporated into an automated file https://www.mundoyoga.com/en/. The purpose of the same is to provide all kinds of service. You have the right to access, cancel or rectify the data collected in this file either by calling our customer service telephone number or by sending an email to email@example.com expressing the relevant changes.
We remind you that your data are never provided to third parties under any circumstances, being used only for sending communications and goods ordered by you.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction:
These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at its option, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the competent courts and tribunals of the domicile of the company.
