Fourth cork circle

The fourth circle serves as a support in many standing and sitting postures. It helps beginners at yoga to achieve correct alignment in difficult postures.

Sold by unit, although we recommend having a set of 2 units per person, since in many postures two are needed. For example in the posture "Downward Facing Dog" (Adho Mukha Svanasana) a fourth circle would go under each foot.
